To lead security initiatives across multiple brands, the full-time remote Security Manager will own the security program, manage incident response, and build a security team while reporting directly to the Head of Technology. Key responsibilities Own the security strategy and roadmap, reporting on security posture and risk to leadership monthly Lead incident response efforts, maintaining runbooks and conducting tabletop exercises Manage and develop the security team, writing and enforcing security policies and preparing for audits Required qualifications 5+ years in security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a company with 100+ employees Experience leading live incident responses and building security programs from the ground up Background in crypto, fintech, or high-fraud industries Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and email security Ability to write clear security policies and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
